We'll contact you within 24 hours of the receipt of your unit to
let you know that it arrived safely. In the event you do not hear
from us within a reasonable period, please contact us. Very rarely,
packages have been delayed in the past and taken an unreasonably long
time to arrive. In the unlikely event that your shipment is delayed
in getting to us, we will work with you to track it down.
We request that all packages be shipped with insurance, in strict
accordance with our shipping guidelines. If your packaging doesn't
comply with our standards, in order to insure that your unit returns
safely to you, we will pack the unit to our specifications for it's
return trip.
